Elma B's customer register
GROUNDS FOR KEEPING THE REGISTER
The person has registered as an Elma B customer or purchased Elma B products.

PURPOSE OF THE REGISTER
The purpose of the register is to maintain Elma B's customer register, archive and process customer orders and manage the customer relationship.
The register is also used to track lost orders.
The data can be used to develop Elma B's operations, for statistical purposes and more personally
to produce targeted content on our online services. Personal data is processed as permitted by the Personal Data Act
and within the limits required.
The information in the register can be used in Elma B's own registers to target advertising without disclosing personal data to third parties. Elma B. may use partners to maintain customer and service relationships. The data is processed only for the purpose of maintaining Elma B's customer relationship.
INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE REGISTER
• The personal register contains the following information: The person's first and last name
• Email address
• Postal address
• Phone number
• Order information
• Order tracking information
DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
The information in the customer register is only available to Elma B, except when Elma B uses an external service provider either to provide a value-added service or to support a credit decision. However, the information is not disclosed outside Elma B or
in matters relating to invoicing and as required by law. Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union unless it is necessary to ensure the technical implementation of Elma B or its partner.
The data subject's personal data will be destroyed at the user's request, unless legislation, open invoices or collection measures prevent the data from being deleted.
PROTECTION OF THE REGISTER
The register will not be disclosed to third parties. Access to the register requires user rights to Verkkokauppa.com's internal network.

The products of the online store are sold by Mehiläisfarmi Elma B., business ID 1079835-1. We sell products to adult individuals in Finland. The prices of the products include Finnish VAT, which is 14% for food and 24% otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, postage and delivery times.
